STANDARD CLASSES​

POWERFIT

Develop fitness, strength and skill through varied functional movements performed at high intensity.  A powerful strength and fitness class that you can fit into your lunch break or after work.

BHT

A class for women with the focus on bum, hips and thighs.  40 minutes of non-impact mat exercises using your body weight and resistance bands.

 

HIIT

Start the day with 30 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training, guaranteed to get your metabolism fired up!  Constant variations to keep you motivated.

 

COST

Standard classes are included in all Royston Fitness Centre memberships

$15 per class for non-members

PREMIUM CLASSES

RESET

A blend of low intensity stretching, strengthening, and mindfulness practices.  Connecting mind, body, and breath through yoga-inspired movement to enhance function and flexibility.   Reset has two level options:

    Stretch: An entry level option.  Stretch is a series of low impact stretches and balance work, aimed to improve range and comfort in everyday movement.  Great for bodies with limited or restricted mobility. 9am Tuesday and Friday.

    Flow: Taking Stretch to the next level. Flow combines advanced stretches, yoga poses, and flowing sequences, to increase flexibility and strength. 5:30pm Wednesday and 9am Saturday.

 

MUMS & BUBS

A combination of Pilates, pelvic floor, Swiss ball and bodyweight exercises to help promote a faster recovery after pregnancy.  Classes are baby friendly - bring your own capsule, buggy and toys.

 

COST

Pay per class:

$10 per class for members

$15 per class for non-members

 

Pay in advance via fortnightly direct debit:

$7.50 per class ($30 for 4 classes per fortnight)
