Sports organisations

We design programmes that support athletes to perform to the best of their ability.

Our services work across the 4 pillars of development (Strength & Conditioning, Mental Skills, Nutrition and Leadership) depending on the athletes training age and experience.

We tailor programmes to suit athletes’ needs and can cater for all age groups.

School athletes

Are you a talented athlete who is still at school and needs advice to take your performance to the next level? We will work with you to design a strength & conditioning programme to develop you as an athlete.

Sport & Life Academy

We run Sport & Life Academies for Primary Schools.

Our programme is based on movement exploration and movement competency. We use sport as the vehicle to teach important success characteristics by focusing on Leadership, Communication, Team-building and Resilience.

Junior Athlete Development Programme

Our Junior Athlete Development Programme (JAD) is for athletes aged 8 to 12 who are keen to develop their skills and abilities across all the sports they play!

JAD is an evidence based programme. We take a holistic aproach to developing confidence, competence, communication, resilience and leadership.

Our overall aim is to improve athleticism and hauora.

What we offer

We are experts in youth athlete development. All of our programmes are evidence based and backed by science.

We have a number of different options to support aspirational athletes. Our Junior Athlete Development Programme focuses on youth athletes from the ages of 8 to 12.

We work closely with Schools to help them prepare their athletes to perform at the highest level. We run programmes with Woodford House, Central Hawkes Bay College, Wairoa College and Lindisfarne College.

Our S&C coaches also work with Regional Sports Organisations to support up and coming local talent to enable them to compete at National level. We have partnerships with Central Districts Cricket, Hawke’s Bay Netball, Tennis Eastern, Rugby League Hawke’s Bay and Hawke’s Bay Volleyball.

Results

Since opening in July 2019 we have had a number of athletes reach Regional and National Representation.

These athletes have started training under guidance from our Strength & Conditioning coaches in programmes either at school or with Regional Sports Organisations (CD Cricket, Hawkes Bay Netball, Hawkes Bay Rowing etc). We also work closely with National Sports Organisations to support carded athletes when they return to Hawkes Bay or while camps are being held here.
