Standard Classes: PowerFit, BHT, Super Circuit & HIIT
Free for all members of Royston Health & Fitness
$15 per class for non-members

Premium Classes: Mums & Bubs
Pay in advance via fortnightly direct debit: $7.50 per class ($15 for 2 classes per week)
Pay as you go:
$10 per class for members of Royston Health & Fitness
$15 per class for non-members


Develop fitness, strength and skill through varied functional movements performed at high intensity.  A powerful strength and fitness class that you can fit into your lunch break or after work.


A class for women with the focus on bum, hips and thighs.  40 minutes of non-impact mat exercises using your body weight and resistance bands.


Start the day with 30 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training, guaranteed to get your metabolism fired up!  Constant variations to keep you motivated.


This mid morning, circuit-style class is a high volume (reps), low resistance (weight) workout with short rest intervals and is aimed at improving muscle tone, while improving cardiovascular fitness.


A combination of Pilates, pelvic floor, Swiss ball and bodyweight exercises to help promote a faster recovery after pregnancy.  Classes are baby friendly – bring your own capsule or buggy.


A class designed to strengthen the stabilising muscles of the core to improve posture, performance and every day movement.  A 30 minute workout that you can fit into your lunch break!
