Aqua classes are free for Aquatics/Gym+Swim members
$15 per class for non-members
Our Classes
AQUA CLASSES
For Aquatics and Gym+Swim members or with concession card. Aqua classes improve posture and form, increase strength while minimising the wear and tear on your body.
BHT
A class for women with the focus on bum, hips and thighs. 40 minutes of non-impact mat exercises using your body weight and resistance bands.
HIIT
Start the day with 30 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training, guaranteed to get your metabolism fired up! Constant variations to keep you motivated.
STEP
Get a spring in your step with this fun, high energy step class which emulates everyday functions such as walking, climbing stairs, getting out of the car and stepping over obstacles. A motivating 30 minutes with step equipment and awesome music!
MORE MOBILITY
Improve your flexibility, range of motion and posture with 30 minutes of gentle stretching and mobility exercises designed to help with everyday activities and injury prevention.
MUMS & BUBS
A combination of Pilates, pelvic floor, Swiss ball and bodyweight exercises to help promote a faster recovery after pregnancy. Classes are baby friendly – bring your own capsule or buggy.
GO STEADY
A balance and stability class designed for everyday mobility and fall prevention. Low impact exercises are performed in a safe way to increase coordination, reaction time, core strength and balance.
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
Develop fitness, strength and skill through varied functional movements performed at high intensity. A powerful strength and fitness class.
