Athlete Development - Age 15 and under
$25 per week - 1 session
$35 per week - 2 sessions
- Strength and conditioning coach assigned to athlete
- Individualised programme unique to athletes goals and sport
- Full use of Teambuildr software for training plans and progress tracking
- 4 testing sessions per year and follow up progress reports
- Access to Friday Strength and Conditioning Club session
- Optional physiotherapist assessment ($50 prior to starting)
Athlete Development - Age 16-22
$30 per week - 1 session
$45 per week - 2 sessions

$35 per week - 1 session
$55 per week - 2 sessions
