Time Slots: Monday-Thursday, 6:00am, 6:40am, 3:50pm
EMERGING ATHLETE (aged 16 and under as at the 1st of January)
$65 per fortnight
- 1 (or 2) strength & conditioning sessions per week
- Individual assessment with physiotherapist ($50 prior to starting)
- Individual strength & conditioning coach assigned to athlete
- Programming based on individual and the sport they are competing in
- Use of Teambuildr (coaches will transition athletes from paper programmes to software)
- Termly programmes & home based options during holiday periods
- 4 testing sessions per year and follow up reports from coaches
ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT (aged over 16 as at the 1st of January)
$80 per fortnight
- 2 (or 3) strength & conditioning sessions per week
- Individual assessment with physiotherapist ($50 prior to starting)
- Individual strength & conditioning coach assigned to athlete
- Fully individualised programme unique to the athlete their goals, sport & training age. (Speed and/or Conditioning sessions where appropriate incorporated into periodisation planning)
- Individual Performance Plan to assist in creating goals and adding clear focus to training plan
- Full use of Teambuildr (strength & conditioning programming software)
- Full access to Royston Gym (supervision from Coach rostered on at the time required)
- Termly programmes & home based options during holiday periods
- 4 testing sessions per year and follow up reports from coaches. Coaches may individualise testing specific to this level of athlete and their sport.
- Discounted rates for Nutrition and Mental Skills support
PERFORMANCE ATHLETE
$108 per fortnight
- Unlimited Strength & Conditioning sessions per week
- Individual assessment with physiotherapist ($50 prior to starting)
- Individual strength & conditioning coach assigned to athlete
- Fully individualised programme unique to the athlete their goals, sport & training age. (Speed and/or Conditioning sessions where appropriate incorporated into periodisation planning)
- Individual Performance Plan to assist in creating goals and adding clear focus to training plan
- Full use of Teambuildr (strength & conditioning programming software)
- Full access to Royston Gym (supervision from Coach rostered on at the time required)
- Access to High Performance Strength & Conditioning equipment when required (GymAware/Heart rate monitors/Sport Science Lab testing)
- Individualised testing and reporting
- Discounted rates for Nutrition and Mental Skills support
Note: All memberships have a minimum contract term of 5 months
